Abuja High Court today Tuesday, 23rd October 2018 adjourned indefinitely the matter between Senator Hope Uzodinma and Mr. Uche Nwosu both of Imo APC laying claim of the party's gubernatorial ticket.
This may mean that since the only subsisting court order at this moment is the one in favour of Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, which prohibits the APC from substituting his name as the governorship candidate of the Party and forbids INEC from accepting any other name as candidate of the APC in Imo state.
