It's official! Senator Sam Daddy Drags PDP, Ihedioha and INEC to Court over IMO PDP Guber Primary

 Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu (Sam Daddy) has filed a suit in the Federal High Court in Owerri challenging the victory of  Hon Emeka Ihedioha who emerged as the flagbearer of the PDP ahead of the forthcoming 2019 governorship election. Sam Daddy who also contested in the primary mentioned the People's Democratic Party, Hon Emeka Ihedioha and the Independent National Electoral Commission as the defendants.
